Batch wise checking the incoming finished goods, storing in proper conditions to avoid damages, Eliminating the breakages during Transits with 3 level care of the Consignments in and out during dispatches and deliveries.

All the records such as Test reports for every batch, Datasheets along with all kind of Certificates like ROHS, UL for Ferrite materials, Bobbin Plastic materials, Pins used are available to be provided handy along with supplies, thus enabling the Customer to maintain all the records for their audit purposes.

We selected the Grades PC44 and PC95 in ferrites, ROD Cores Drum core (With Pin and Without Pins), Iron dust cores, Sendust cores, T375HF Phenolic Materials in Bobbins (DIP and SMD), Polyester Tapes UL certified 130℃ and TIW Grade F.
